If the pressure of the gas in
the Shell Side is reasonably low, the Heat exchangers
with the Fin tube (that¡¯s electric heating area is wide)
is generally used in order to increase its heat efficiency.
Examples of these Heat exchangers are as follows; (i)
the Air Cooled Heat Exchanger, which is widely used as
a Steam condenser by using air instead of cooling water
that cannot be used in some areas such as urban waste
incinerating facilities, (ii) the Economizer, which heats
the Boiler Feed Water by receiving the used heat of the
Boiler flue gas, (iii) the Inter & After Air Cooler,
which is essential in the Air Compression Process and
(iv) the Air Preheater, which preheats combusted air by
using Flue gas or steam.
